Opus
Breed: Welsh Cross
Description: "Magnum Opus", aka Opus, is a 20+ year old, bay pony with a big white star and stripe, and no other white markings. Note the sometimes-devilish look in his eye when he’s in the paddock looking to come in!
Personality: Opus is very smart, and somewhat grumpy on the ground. He has a special trick of opening his stall door and sliding under the stall guard when no one is looking. He also thinks you should put as much effort into riding as he does, or else he doesn’t go anywhere.
History: Opus had a successful show career and came to Troop in November 2010 to continue teaching children how to jump.
Special Jobs: Horse shows and summer camp.
